Congratulations and good luck to Joshua Vera, Stephanie Rocco, Victor Ceja, and Marchelo Quiroz. Needless to say, this is the best team that Corona High School has seen in the past five years. Our previous tournament win also qualified us for the State tournament. Unfortunately, a robot malfunction cost us the match, but that didn't keep us from earning the Excellence Award! This award goes to the team that the panel of engineers felt was the best robot and team in the competition it also comes with a qualification to go to the California State VEX Tournament in March. After alliance selection, our team made it to the quarter finals.
This put us in the driver's seat for the final bracket competition. Our VEX Robotics Team is going to state! After three days of qualifier matches, Corona High School's team 9102P was ranked number one.
